Delivery
Free delivery on every order to addresses in the United Kingdom, sent with Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday; orders placed after 16:00 UK time, or at weekends, are processed on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, unused and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, please contact us first by email at contact@eastwickplantcentre.co.uk or by phone on +44 1978 710848.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost of the return. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is paid by the customer and must be sent with a tracked service. We inspect returns within 1–2 working days and issue refunds within 5–10 days after the return is accepted.
Secure payment
All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. You can pay by debit or credit card, or with the express payment options shown at checkout where available on your device. We do not accept PayPal, Klarna or cryptocurrency.
