Eastwick Plant Centre is the trading name of Eastwick Plant Centre Limited, Knolton, Overton On Dee, Wrexham, LL13 0LE, United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we deliver orders placed on eastwickplantcentre.co.uk.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to addresses outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

Carrier

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

Processing time and order cut-off

  • We process orders Monday to Friday.
  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Our daily order cut-off time is 16:00 (UK time). Orders placed after 16:00, or on a Saturday or Sunday, are processed from the next working day.

Delivery time

  • Transit time with Royal Mail: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 working days from the day your order is processed (1–2 working days processing + 3–5 working days in transit).

Dispatch confirmation

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If a tracking number is available for your parcel, it will be included in that email. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when you place your order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Delayed, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Damaged and incorrect items can be returned free of charge – see our Refund Policy.
