MO Bacter Organic Moss Killer & Lawn Fertiliser – 20kg
Achieve a stronger, healthier lawn with MO Bacter 20kg, a highly effective organic moss killer and slow-release lawn fertiliser. Designed for larger lawns, this natural solution removes moss without harsh chemicals while feeding your grass for long-lasting results.
Natural Moss Killer Without Chemicals
MO Bacter is a chemical-free moss control solution, containing no pesticides or sulphate of iron. Instead, it works using a potash-rich granular fertiliser.
Moss absorbs the nutrients but cannot tolerate the natural salts, causing it to weaken and die off gradually. This process ensures:
- No blackening or scorching of the lawn
- Moss turns brown and disappears naturally
- A healthier lawn environment for grass to thrive
Long-Lasting Lawn Feed for Stronger Grass
Unlike standard moss treatments, MO Bacter also acts as a lawn fertiliser, feeding your grass for up to 100 days.
Benefits include:
- Encourages dense, green grass growth
- Helps fill bare patches left by moss
- Improves overall lawn strength and resilience
No Raking Required – Easy Lawn Care
Save time with a low-maintenance moss treatment:
- Moss is broken down by beneficial bacteria
- Any remaining residue is removed through mowing
- No need for manual raking
Ideal for busy households looking for effective, hassle-free lawn care.
Safe for Children, Pets and Plants
MO Bacter is designed for safe, modern gardening:
- Safe for use on lawns used by children and pets when applied correctly
- Will not damage surrounding plants and can support their growth
- Lawn clippings can be composted safely
Flexible Application for Best Results
- Apply during the growing season (avoid winter)
- Best used when temperatures are above 12°C
- Mow the lawn after 7–10 days
- Reseed treated areas after approximately 4 weeks

- CO2 neutral production
